Securemate seeks to maintain and enhance our reputation of providing you with high quality security services. We value complaints as they assist us to
improve our products, services, and customer service.

Our is committed to being responsive to the needs and concerns of our customers or potential customers and to resolving your complaint as quickly as possible.

This policy has been designed to provide guidance to both our customers and staff on the manner in which company  receives and manages your complaint. We are committed to being consistent, fair, and impartial when handling your complaint. The objective of this policy is to ensure:

  • You are aware of our complaint lodgment and handling processes
  • Both you and our staff understand our complaints handling process
  • Your complaint is investigated impartially with a balanced view of all information or evidence
  • We take reasonable steps to actively protect your personal information
  • Your complaint is considered on its merits considering individual circumstances and needs.

 

Initially, aby complaint about our services is handled by our site supervisor. If that complaint appears to be of a serious or a critical manner, our operations manager will be involved. If you are not satisfied with the result, we can have our director review the decision. We can also offer an external investigation by our external service, should a result needed to be independently reviewed and investigated. Our key to this policy is to ensure you are happy with the way we take our services towards you.

RecruitingOur Security Officers

In today’s changing society, we must take a stand in the quality of security personnel recruited to become a security officer at Securemate. We are also equipping our staff with modern safety devices and tools to better serve our clients. We are trailing fitted
stab-proof vests and tactical uniforms that clearly identify us as security staff ready to demonstrate confidence. We are reviewing body cameras at public facilities that will provide a level of accountability in the duties and reasonable thinking our officer’s need to make in our job.

Our Management Team – Operations

Our management team consists ofseasoned professional security managers that has a successful record of being part of multiple projects. 

We have a contract implementation team and an account executive that will communicate and work with you.

Senior Management

Leadership plays an important part of most organisations. Our senior officers and management team will be made available to our staff who seek any guidance. Our policies will guide managers and staff through to procedures that cover leadership and roles within Securemate. Our most senior managers hold a Diploma in Business Management, and completes around 90 hours a year on any guarding site, which maintains their ongoing service improvement.
