Securemate is a national security guard company which provides security guard and electronic security services, including uniformed and corporate suit security guards and crowd controllers. Our security guard and crowd controllers group provide high quality security guards and crowd controllers to high-end luxury brands.
Securemate has been providing security services to high-end luxury brands such as Christian Dior, Celine etc from last 7 years.
At Securemate, we pride ourselves on being responsive to our client’s needs and expectations of security guards by making sure that no compromise is done with quality of guards at all times.
Our Operation Manager, including the Director are available for our clients 24 hours and 7 days per week. Our team can be contacted any time in response to your security needs. We can provide security guard call outs with less than one hour’s notice with same standard of high-quality security guards who are ready to deal with foreseeable security issues even before they arise.

Securemate is a licensed security company in VIC. Our Security business licence allows us to employ guards and patrol officers. At any time, we can increase this licence capacity upon any successful contract.

Public Safety, Safe Work and (SWMS)
Ensuring that we get it right……. on the night.
Identifying the work at any event, requires the skill of our WHS Compliance team at Securemate. We have a complete team of professionals from risk, fire, public safety, and event planning staff that will plan out any event.
Each site or event is broken up into “posts” and a team leader is assigned to all posts. It brings better communications to guards to know where they are and located in the case of an emergency.
BEFORE ANY EVENT IS POSTED, our staff will create a SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement), to ensure what tools, equipment will be needed and setting up of the event.
A SWMS is issued to the event provider by Securemate’ s compliance team. It includes all the following documentation and plans witnessed and assessed:
- Event Plan
- Emergency Service Plan
- Policies
- Access, egress, and security planning
- First-Aid
- Fire Officer
Risk Assessments & POPE Safety
Securemate takes SAFETY seriously. Our contract compliance team will conduct a risk assessment on all new sites, to report on any identified hazards. Our company also has available POPE Safety Officers for events. Safety Officers will complete an event safety assessment and upon satisfaction, issue a safety certificate.
Regulation 210 of the Building Regulations 2018 outlines the conditions that
may apply to an Occupancy Permit for a Place of Public Entertainment.
This includes the engagement and responsibilities of qualified Safety Officers to be in attendance at the event to provide the safety of the attending public.
Securemate offers this service as part of their event security team.
Qualified Safety Officers (POPE) Registered
A qualified Safety Officer needs to have passed a formal training course that is currently being offered by Fire Equipment Services (FES) and is a commercial unit of the Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB) in Melbourne.
Most events, councils require a POPE Safety Officer, Securemate offers this service to any client, using our company for security
