Securemate mostly has their own security staff but can call in additional support staff from other security partners that can demonstrate the same level of service.

First-Aid Qualified

All security staff must hold a minimum level 2 in first aid. First-Aid “bum” belts are provided to staff that hold minimum supply of necessary everyday first-aid material.

All staff must complete a refresher course each year. The training is conducted in-house by a qualified trainer.
